There are a few must-have elements that you need in place as a business in order to get the most out of our time together. Please note that we work best with established business owners who have:

• Clarity on their ideal client. While our brand strategy workshop does dig into your ideal client profile, if you’re currently serving ‘everyone’, we won’t be a good fit for you.
• Packages (or products) and pricing nailed down. In order to understand your messaging and communication plan, you need to have a clear understanding of what you’re offering.
• Understanding of their booking process and customer journey. This is especially important for our website clients because your website will play such an important role in the overall business goals and experience.
• A clear value proposition. Why does what you’re doing matter and what makes it great? We would love to help you with positioning your brand and business but you first need to know the value that you’re bringing to the table.

In terms of pricing and timeline, it depends on what support you’re looking for. We offer brand consulting, strategy and personality development, design and retainer work.

Our most popular and supportive package is a full rebrand – we collaborate on your internal brand strategy, external brand visuals and build a completely custom website.

That timeline for that package generally lasts 5-6 months and the investment starts at $15,000, depending on deliverables, website pages, functionality, etc.

Absolutely! This is an investment in your business and we understand not everyone has the ability to pay a large sum up front. In order to best serve our clients, brand packages are available in three and six month payment plans.

We design exclusively on WordPress with the Divi theme. It’s a very user-friendly, drag- and-drop editor that gives our clients the ability to easily make changes after we wrap up our work together. Even better, every website project includes a recorded screenshare tutorial so that you can ask specific questions on updates and changes you’ll want to make in the future!
